For Farm Owner-Operators, Farm Managers, and Assoc. Staff.  Learn what you need to know to help you fill job vacancies when Canadians do not apply for the job.

You are invited to participate in this free International Quality AgriWorkforce Management Program (QAMP) Workshop, offered by the Canadian Agricultural Human Resource Council (CAHRC) and funded in part through Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC). Through this QAMP Workshop farm employers will learn what they need to know to improve their ability to successfully access and manage international workers by accessing clear information, instructions, tips; building their employer knowledge of requirements and best practices. Based on the most current information available from the TFWP Directorate and real-world best practices used on farms across Canada, this practical HR Management workshop ensures that even the busiest farms can navigate the TFWP to find the workers you need to fill job vacancies on your farm
