Position Overview: As our Manager of Communications and Marketing, you'll be the architect of our brand's meteoric rise. Qualifications:

  • Innovation Enthusiast: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field and proven experience.
  • Trail-Blazing Track Record: Proven experience in marketing and communications roles where you've been the driving force behind success.
  • Wordsmith Wizard: Spellbinding written and verbal communication skills that bring our brand story to life.
  • Digital Dynamo: Master of social media, websites, and digital marketing, turning online spaces into our playground.
  • Project Juggler: Exceptional project management skills.
  • Industry Explorer: Familiarity with the agriculture industry is a plus. If not, you're ready to dive in and become an expert.

Every candidate selected for an interview will be asked to complete a strategic exercise. This exercise is a standard and mandatory component of our assessment protocol designed to evaluate candidates' compatibility with the role's demands. It will assist in gauging the following abilities of each candidate:

 

Strategic Thinking: Your capacity to conceptualize and articulate clear, effective messages in response to communication challenges/opportunities is crucial.

Creativity: We assess your ability to craft engaging, innovative content that resonates with audiences and enhances brand presence.

Social Media: Demonstrable understanding of developing and implementing impactful social media tactics tailored to diverse platforms is essential.

Organizational Alignment: Your skill in synchronizing communication initiatives with the broader objectives and priorities of APAS provides insight into your potential synergy with our organizational culture.

 

The aim of this exercise is to ensure that all candidates are evaluated fairly, based on their qualifications and potential contribution to the strategic goals of APAS.

 

Salary Range: The salary range for the Manager, Communications and Marketing position is $74,000 to $111,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
