Resolution

WHEREAS young and beginning producers face unique business challenges related to long term financial horizons, higher levels of uninsurable business risk and lower equity and capitalization;

BE IT RESOLVED that Federal and Provincial Business Risk Management programming provide programs that recognize the unique needs of young and beginning producers.
