Resolution

WHEREAS The development of renewable energy is an important step to reducing the carbon footprint; 

WHEREAS Renewable energy projects have the potential to create rural jobs; 

BE IT RESOLVED That Saskatchewan Power Corporation be encouraged, through the Government of Saskatchewan, to increase opportunities to further develop renewable energy in rural Saskatchewan.
