Resolution

WHEREAS the enforcement of the Animal Protection Act regulations are being enforced inconsistently;

WHEREAS enforcement officers do not take a holistic look at overall herd health when making a determination on enforcement;

BE IT RESOLVED that APAS lobby the provincial government for more consistent, transparent, and stricter enforcement of the Animal Protection Act.
