WHEREAS up-to-date information and communications technologies are critically important to the Saskatchewan producers; and

WHEREAS the Premier of Saskatchewan has set a target of a 50% increase in agricultural exports by 2020;

BE IT RESOLVED that APAS ask the Premier of Saskatchewan to direct SaskTel to maintain and improve high speed Internet service to rural Saskatchewan.
