WHEREAS there are no legal requirements for new agricultural equipment to meet maximum operator noise levels;

BE IT RESOLVED that APAS ask the Provincial Government to immediately require machinery manufacturers to meet hearing protection requirements set by Occupational Health and Safety for industry.
