Resolution

WHEREAS confusion over the roles and jurisdictions of Rural Municipalities and the Ministry of Highways have led to inconsistencies in their efforts to effectively manage and control weeds;

BE IT RESOLVED that APAS request that the Government of Saskatchewan clarify the respective roles of Rural Municipalities and the Ministry of Highways in the Weed Control Act to eliminate inconsistencies.
