Resolution

WHEREAS APAS was represented on the Water Security Agency (WSA) Advisory Committee that provided recommendations to the Minister of Environment concerning the WSA Agricultural Water Management Plan;

WHEREAS the Committee’s recommendations on habitat and wetland retention were not consensus positions;

WHEREAS members of the WSA Water Advisory Committee were unable to speak publicly about the positions and recommendations they provided to this Committee;

BE IT RESOLVED That APAS President request permission from the Minister of Environment to disclose the position and recommendations he provided to the WSA Water Advisory Committee.
