Resolution

WHEREAS the Sasktel pedestals located on agricultural lands present a nuisance and biosecurity risk to producers;

WHEREAS personnel accessing the pedestals to conduct maintenance and repair may not be following proper sanitation protocols prior to entering fields;

WHEREAS the location of pedestals can obstruct field operations due to insufficient space for equipment to pass between the pedestal and the road allowance;

BE IT RESOLVED That APAS request Sasktel to relocate pedestals to the edge of the road allowance.
