BE IT RESOLVED that APAS urge the Government of Saskatchewan to develop and implement a long term water management strategy for Saskatchewan that will benefit all facets of society (industry, conservation and recreation), that grass roots primary agriculture be an integral part of this process, and that funding be provided for development and implementation.
