Resolution

WHEREAS APAS Representatives are elected from their R.Ms and therefore
need to be available to the electorate for comments and questions.

BE IT RESOLVED that all reps must provide APAS with a valid email address as well as a phone number that can be published; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that APAS administration ask APAS Reps what contact information they are willing to publish in an effort to abide by privacy laws.
