Department: Canadian Grain Commission & Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada

WHEREAS the recommendations of the Canadian Grain Commission (CGC) to downsize the number of representatives from various organizations has all but eliminated the voice of actual producers and  

WHEREAS the Canadian Grain Commission’s mandate states that it works in the interest of grain producers,  

BE IT RESOLVED that APAS lobby the Federal Government for a larger representation of bona fide producers to the Grain Commission.
