WHEREAS the Growing Forward programs have been reduced and farm income is cyclical, and the mandate of the Provincial Government is to increase production and exports by both volume and value;

BE IT RESOLVED that funding for the Growing Forward 2 programs be increased to allow agriculture producers to adequately manage their risk as the primary investor in the Provincial Government’s mandate to increase production and exports by both volume and value.
