WHEREAS people who enter private land without permission cause damage to land, crops, and livestock, and will be a vector for spreading club root disease;

BE IT RESOLVED that the Provincial Government change the Trespass Act to deem no trespassing status for private land so that land owner permission is required to obtain entry.
