WHEREAS there are a number of unresolved issues in the transition of the PFRA pastures to the Province including valuation of assets, confusion about land titles, protecting the interests of all stakeholders, ensuring effective management, and developing a sustainable governance model;

BE IT RESOLVED that the Federal and Provincial Governments establish at least a one year moratorium on the transfer of the PFRA pastures to resolve outstanding issues.
