WHEREAS the Saskatchewan Crop Insurance Wildlife Damage Compensation Program requires evidence consisting of two-thirds of a killed carcass present in order to pay compensation;

WHEREAS predators can consume a small carcass overnight;

BE IT RESOLVED the SCIC Wildlife Damage Compensation program be amended to pay claim if proof of the existence of the predator can be provided in absence of a complete killed carcass.
