Resolution

Department: APAS

WHEREAS there are several landowner and surface rights associations operating in Saskatchewan;

WHEREAS there is value in coordinating the efforts of Surface Rights groups across the province;

BE IT RESOLVED that APAS establish contact with surface rights organizations in Saskatchewan and provide assistance as requested, to ensure the rights of agricultural producers are more effectively represented when dealing with resource development on agricultural land.
